BAN is looking for an experiened individual for the position of executive director. He/She should be a Naga and should have minimum10 years of relevant experience.
Broad responsibilities:
- Will take care of the day-to-day management of the organization and BAN secretariat.
- Will implement the decisions taken and plans made by BAN President and the executive council.
- Will be involved with revenue generation efforts, as well as the promotion of the organization in order to raise public awareness and boost membership.
- Will organize meetings, seminars, workshops, events etc on behlaf of BAN.
- Will represent BAN in meetings and events as directed.
- And so on.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Degree in Management preferred.
- 10 or more years of management experience in an operational environment.
- 5 or more years management or supervisory experience.
