The Business Association of Nagas (BAN) launched Mokokchung district chapter on 22nd February 2022 at Whispering winds hotel Mokokchung. Arenla Lemtur was appointed district convenor for Mokokchung. Senior businessman MB Longkumer has been appointed to the board of patrons of BAN.
The launch of district chapters fulfils the vision of BAN to connect and work with Naga entrepreneurs throughout the state.
An entrepreneurship awareness programme was also organized in collaboration with MSME-DI Dimapur where knowledge on PMEGP loan, MSME schemes, and financial literacy was shared by resource persons from District Industries Center, banks and MSME-DI.
